I had hired Ricson to handle an old case for me, while I was residing in a different state. So unfortunately we never had a chance to meet in person, but between the office staff and himself - I was always kept extremely informed and updated with all progress being made, anytime I had a question I was able to shoot him a text or call the office and get an answer right then. I personally feel that I was given a huge break that wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Ricson and his team and I am so grateful toward him as well as the entire law firm in general. Eve and Mike are best at what they do. They are very professional and responsive attorneyS. I was falsely accused of several things by extremely cunning neighbors. They did not tell me they had any issues with me but went to court and got a TRO against me. Now I realize about what the elders say, No matter how much education one has, it really matters how you are raised (those neighbors are both MDs at Kaiser in Southern CA). Eve did a thorough research and prepped us for a case that never should’ve been. Eve and the lead attorney, Mike, made the other party’s case against them. It’s a passion and Eve and Mike are very passionate about what they do. Needless to say, we won the case because the other party insulted the court at multiple occasions. The judge, more than likely, even knew they were lying from day one. The wife, husband and their cop friends’ story didn’t match once Eve and Mike questioned them about the incidents. We can’t say enough Thank You-s to Eve and the lead attorney Mike for everything.

I guess you can call my a high profile client because I’m a successful professional with a lot to lose if convicted of a criminal act that I was charged with 2 years ago. And I’m here to tell you that I have only wonderful things to say about criminal attorney, Michael Scafiddi. He is part counselor, part best-friend, part pastor, and 100% your defender. He will go to the ends of the world for you when he represents you. I met Mr. Scafiddi under one of the worst circumstances in my life about 2 years ago. He came highly recommended and was also rate highly on websites. I was going though a rough patch in my life and I ended up being in the wrong place at the wrong time, which led to me being arrested and charged with a crime, which I didn’t actually commit. I have been an upstanding citizen all my life and had never had anything in my record other than a speeding ticket. Bad things can happen to Even good people. The first time I called Michael, he picked up the phone right away. I explained my circumstances to him and he was empathetic and knowledgeable. He does not try to sell you, as did other lawyers I interviewed for my case. He immediately set up an appointment for me to go into his office to discuss the case further. In the waiting room of his office I was even more impressed with him as he had his credentials and accolades on the wall of his office. Michael knows everyone ( DAs, judges, lawyers, clerks, etc.) in the legal system in the county of San Bernardino. I also discovered that he was a cop before he became a lawyer. I think this is also big advantage and that’s probably why he is several moves ahead of the them. As I mentioned before, because I am a professional with a lot to lose if convicted, I asked him to help me get the charges dismissed. Against all odds, Michael fought for me for about two years but the DA would not budge. But he was able to get the charged reduced as much as possible. I am truly grateful to him and I highly recommend him to anyone who has gotten themselves into trouble.
