An excellent lawyer, a compassionate advocate and a great person! My case, I assume like many other people's, caused me a great deal of anxiety, worry and heart ache at the beginning. Mike Scafiddi was there for me from the very start to the very end. At the beginning he had to hold my hand and guide me through the initial process of understanding what I was dealing with and what the realities of the entire journey would entail. Looking back, I know that I must have been over-anxious and repetitive about many of my concerns and worries but Mike was kind, understanding, PATIENT, professional and caring. He gave me FAR FAR more of his time and effort that I feel I ever paid for! He genuinely cared and listened, believed me and ferociously fought for me... His energetic team is sharp and on top of things. They are professional, responsive and willing to meet the standard that Mike himself sets by his great example. Although each case is different, I will tell you about my experience: When Mike called me to say that my nightmare was over and that he had won my case, it was the 6th case in a row for him where he was victorious. If ANY family member or friend needed the services of an attorney in Mike's field, I would not allow them to use any other lawyer than Mike Scafiddi. My hat is off to him, I am grateful to him and I now consider him a lifelong friend and confidant. He under-promised and over-delivered, he is a genuinely kind and caring person and he WON my case after over 2 years of fighting and never charged me beyond the initial flat rate!
