I can't say enough good things about Mike. He will forever be a father figure and a friend of mine. I came to Mike for legal advise in a very difficult time of my life and I found in Mike not only an excellent attorney but also a great friend that provided me with support. Not only legally but emotionally and spiritually because he wanted to make sure that he covered all aspects of my life. I was charged with DUI. Michael Scaffidi and his team of lawyers appeared on my behalf 16 times in pre-trial court and another 6-10 times at my DMV hearing(The DMV kept delaying us for a number of reasons). I was never asked for a cent more than they had quoted me in the beginning. I was never pressured to take a deal so they could move on over the TWO years they were helping me. They got me a plea of DRY reckless driving. I took the deal along with DUI school. The lady teaching the course said she had never heard of anyone getting a dry reckless plea in the 10 years she had been teaching the class. I would highly reccomend Michael Scaffidi's office. All cases are different and hiring a lawyer doesn't guarantee any particular outcome, but his office provides exceptional legal representation.

Awesome!! Mike Scafiddi provided a very comforting tone, significant background knowledge and solid data on the subject matter. He spent several years fighting against crime, and as a former police officer, knows the psychology behind the court system. He was honest and suggested that I may not need his legal services at all and may very well have the financial incentive not to seek his services. He essentially turned away his own interests and financial profits just to kindly help me with my situation. He gave me great legal insight without the cost.
