You worked hard for many years and saved some money in the bank. Have you ever woken up one night and lost all that saving money? It is awful for me to talk about this. Just two weeks ago, it happened to me. I was very upset with the lost money, but did not understand why? I was in a hurry to find a lawyer. Fortunately, I found a lawyer who is very enthusiastic and professional. He even spoke to me after work hours; even though he did not receive any payment from me yet. He explained to me my situation and advised me to file a BK. Due to his prompt action in responding to me, the next morning I decided to hire him immediately. I asked him if he can get back all my money, and he said there was a 50/50 chance. Since I heard that, I understood he could do it for me. No good lawyer would promise you 100% they could make it work. Therefore, if Aaron advised me 50% chance, that means I have a high chance to get my money back from the bank. This morning around 15 minutes to 7:00 am, I checked my bank accounts, and I was so happy that the bank returned all money back into my checking and savings accounts. I have known a few lawyers for many years, also. They want to help my case, but they are not comparable with Aaron who has a work ethic as a lawyer that I have never seen; even though I am also working in a legal field with a different law area. A month before calling Mr. Lloyd, I had been served with a summons to appear in court because I was being sued by an aggressive junk debt buyer that goes by many names, including Midland Credit Management and Midland Funding out of San Diego, CA. After researching and doing my due diligence online as to how I should respond to the complaint, I found Mr. Lloyd had responded to someone who had been in a similar situation as mine, only a month earlier. I became so sick and weak from the stress, that for the first time in my life I was afraid I might literally collapse at any moment. I filed the necessary paperwork with the court just in time, but missed a document and had to refile.
