This group of attorneys has gone above and beyond to make sure that my case didn't go unheard and that I was taken care of. I only had a few weeks left to file in court, when no one else believed I had a case, they took mine and made something out of nothing. When they informed me that they will be taken my case, I was very excited and thankful. They worked hard from the beginning, and did not stop till it was over. It was not an easy case, it was a difficult journey. However, they took care of what matter the most, and that was to make sure they knew I wasn't alone. I won!!!!! We won!!!! Rosina Diez Mendez And Mr. Rivera handled my case. They got me a doctor who had a MRI done because the previous one was 2yrs old. They also had a state doctor review my case and he gave me a higher disability rating than the comp doctor. Mr. Schiavone and Ms. Mangaser were our attorneys for a medical malpractice case for my late grandmother. They were professional and timely from the very start. Thank you Randy, because of your efforts and the efficient people who work with you I don,t feel so helpless now. My leg was cut off below the knee due to someone's mistake. Randy made it possible for me to not feel useless. I have other health issues but now I can help take care of my Mom, who has been taking care of me. Medical Malpractice what is it, It's like a bad mechanic who works on your car. We can all relate to that only it's a lot more serious. It can be very devastating! I had a double amputation below the knee and left index finger amputated. When it happens it's like the world coming to a end. You need people who care, and are professional to help you. I used Kampf and Schiavone and Associates to help me. I thought my life was over. They did a very good job and helped me to recover. Don't be afraid to contact them. I was scared at first but the entire staff help me through everything.
