I had a horrible custody and child support battle with my ex-wife. Attorney Lindsey truly came to my rescue. I submitted incorrect information that was jeopardizing my chances to even see my children. She was able to fix my errors and helped me receive custody of my children and a lowered child support amount. Not only was she patient and helpful but completely professional. i would definitely recommend her to my co-workers, friends and family.

Attorney Linda Lindsey was the third attorney I hired on my family law matter. She produced results in getting close to closure (due to the various dynamics of the case) I have experienced and have been through so much emotional and financial abuse in my dealings with the attorneys and I have become disappointed in the overall profession. I do appreciate Linda as my attorney even when things do not go as I expect or desire - due to the opposing counsel. The goal was reached after almost 1 1/2 years. There is still more to go due to delays that may have been avoided if documents were produced within 30 days of last hearing but attorneys have life outside courtrooms. I have learned in my dealings only that all attorneys overcharge even for questions, concerns or even correction requests and for hours not actually utilized. Some are passive aggressive and dare not be questioned or asked to possibly take your input, you will pay for it. Some are so prideful that they are not human anymore and look down on common folk. I will continue to update my journey in this case to keep seekers informed of my experience. It is not over yet.

Linda is a very professional, caring and understanding attorney. I am seeking a divorce attorney that will fight for my rights and my children's best interest. My sister’s case was a very complicated case. In my family many of us carry the PSEN 1 gene which is a form of Dominant Familial Early Onset Alzheimer’s and because of this she found herself in a very bad situation and had no say with her life and the hardships that followed. We counseled with a few other Attorneys that really were not too sure how to handle her case. We started with legal aid in Orange County but they were only able to start the processes. It is difficult for my sister to speak due to her disability and I needed someone to speak on her behalf. We were advised by the judge to seek represented by an Attorney or the judge was going to dismiss the case. Diana had not seen her kids for at least 5 months and her soon to be ex-husband is a very difficult person who refused to work with me on visitations for her and the kids. When we first met Attorney Linda Lindsey my sister and I drove home knowing that we were in good hands. Throughout the whole ordeal Ms. Lindsey was informative, patient, kind and professional. Ms. Lindsey prepared us, and gave us the confidence we needed when it came to family mediation and returned calls when we needed to speak to her. In the end with me as her Guardian ad litem and Attorney Linda Lindsey by our side, Diana received what we had hoped for. Diana now has regular visitations with her children and her ex-husband and I communicate via text. Attorney Linda Lindsey was very fair with her fees. She is very knowledgeable in family law and seems to work very well with the other Attorney which I feel is a plus. She keeps us informed so we are not in the dark. Ms. Linda Lindsey knew exactly what needed to be done in my sisters’ case and was even willing to keep fighting for more visitation time. Linda Lindsey is a wonderful and caring attorney!! She has been helping me since the beginning of last year to deal with my divorce case. I was lost on what to do as a result of my case defaulting and I had no resources to try to rectify the situation I was in. Linda Lindsey and her helpful staff have been helping me with filing out the needed forms in a professional way as well as giving me advice and even moral support.
