From the 1st call until I received my settlement I was kept up to date on the progress of my case... Isabel was knowledgeable and very efficient in taking care of any questions I may have had for for her.... Thank you Isabel in giving the best possible customer service ....

The process itself was lengthy and through this process there were hiccups. From the attorney to her assistant communication was scarce. The last person I interacted with was by the name of Isabel, I see why she’s placed at the final step and is final point of contact… She was communicative, efficient, and when she stated something was going to be completed by a date, she kept her word of it. Her experience changed my perspective of prior interactions and all was forgotten in all honesty! I’d use the firm again indefinitely, but absolutely hope should I need to, Isabel will be my first interaction!

So far great customer service and helpful people. I had both Alba Karina Erazo and Marisol Nava help me on this case so far and they were so helpful in finding and scheduling Dr. appointments. The process has been a pleasant one, other than the injuries and accident of course and they were very responsive whenever i had questions.
