I am extremely happy and grateful that I had Kevin represent me for case. I don’t believe there could have been a better outcome. Kevin and his amazing team were tremendously knowledgeable in helping me understand how to navigate legal matters I knew nothing of. I did not feel judged for my mishaps and if I had questions, I always received prompt responses. I am a practicing nurse practitioner that had a case involving the BRN. After the BRN investigation, my case escalated to the BRN Disciplinary Unit, and finally to the attorney general for possible formal disciplinary action leading up to the absolute worst case scenario. In the end, the outcome Kevin was able to work out was beyond amazing. BRN closed my case - not even a citation. I am convinced that if I picked another lawyer, there was no way the case would have been finalized the way it did. He was so knowledgeable and strategic. He really fought for me. I also appreciated his honesty with all the good and the bad. My tip to my fellow medical colleagues - he is the only lawyer for licenses, don't waste your time and money with anyone else. In retrospect, I feel so lucky, unbelievably lucky, that he was my lawyer.

Kevin explained plainly and clearly exactly what I was dealing with regarding my license. He told me to take what the Board was offering otherwise I could open myself up to formal discipline. Kevin could have said fight, but he was very honest and direct and saved me from paying him for something I didn't need or want to be involved. I appreciate his honesty and spelling things out plainly to me.

I just wanted to thank you and express my surprise and delight at how I was treated, as well as the way you handle your firm. After sending you a $3500 retainer, my situation developed and I changed my plans to seek reinstatement of my professional license. As has been my experience in the past with attorneys, I assumed I could kiss my retainer good bye. But to my pleasure and surprise, your firm actually charged the limited time you had spent reviewing my case, and refunded the balance of my retainer to me. It has been my experience that once the terms retainer and attorney are used in the same sentence, the money is gone regardless of whether or not a finger is lifted at all. You have proven to be both honest, honorable, and unique. Thank you for somewhat restoring my faith in your profession. However, anyone who has ever spent time dealing with our "just us" system knows that good faith and fair dealing in that arena is rare to extinct. For outsiders there is no Justice unless you buy it, and it does not come cheap. But these guys are a refreshing group in the law arena. Im a travel nurse & a real person leaving a review. I had concerns about signing away my protections working Covid contracts. I spoke with Kevin Murphy on the phone for 30 minutes & he answered all my questions. He offered me superb advice on several travel nursing matters I have been concerned about in our industry this year and I can tell he genuinely cares. He took time to advise me and he did not charge me. He truly is a lawyer with integrity.
