Life took me through an experience that I'll never wish upon anyone, and then I was faced with having to work with an attorney, a stranger, no less, to represent and fight a tough and hard, long battle for me. I was very lucky to have worked with Anna. Anna has what many attorneys have lost ... the human element. While fighting for me, using her vast knowledge and years of experience, she continually remembered that I, her client - am a person - with a heart, feelings and while my ultimate goal was to win the case, I was going through an emotional time and the need for comfort was strong. A quick reminder to all that when you go to a five star restaurant but are served an amazing meal by a stone cold waiter - it's the waiter that leaves the bad taste in your mouth and that memory of the waiter is everlasting - no matter the exceptional food. I really don't know where to start. she is the most amazing lawyer I've ever met. So Happy I found Anna! I received a second DUI at the border for which the DA was trying to throw the book at me! 2nd offender program, 3 Months SCRAM, Probation, house arrest, the works! I researched a bunch of different attorneys and finally ended up going with Anna, and I could not be any happier with my decision. She was open and honest regarding my situation and was able to help me out tremendously. Throughout the whole process she was available to answer any questions I had and explained everything very thoroughly so I would understand all that I was looking at and her planned approach to how she would wrangle everything. She alleviated any worries I had in regards to taking care of everything throughout the course of the case, in that she basically operated on autopilot so that I could focus on my job and everything else I had going on in life. I appreciated the fact that I could count on and trust that she would handle everything and I wouldn't have to stress about the impending sentence, because I knew she would get me the best deal possible. In the end she was able to get almost everything reduced to the point of where it was like this would have been only punishment for a first offense, which is a great in terms of what they were asking for in the beginning. I came to Anna Yum with my girlfriend to see what she could do for a double DUI. We had gotten a DUI during a Date Night that took a wrong turn and ended in jail. I spoke with Anna and knew she would be the One. We had a sit down talk and when she spoke about the details from our case, she was extremely honest and I got that Gut feeling and can tell that she really care about you and it is relief to know that you can spend money on Shark Lawyers. I would vouch for her Anytime...would make no one to be fooled I can tell when some got a silver tongue and when somebody can feed you some BS. But with her, She is a Real One. Ruthless. Mean. Determined. Yes, that was my ex and she went to the mental darkside to try and make life difficult. I STILL don't understand what happened...However, when the crazyiness of the world came to my doorstep, I found Anna. Ruthless. Mean. Determined....BUT, with a great mind in how to navigate through the mayhem and ugliness of dealing with court proceedings. She made it easy.
