Great communication from start to finish. Charlotte guided me through the whole process since this was my first experience hiring an attorney and I had no idea what to expect. She always had my best interest and comfort level in mind. She was knowledgeable about my type of case and gave me a good idea of what to expect for the settlement. The case was wrapped up in a very reasonable time and with very little inconvenience to myself.

Overall it was a nice experience. I had no troubles with anything, any questions I had where answered pretty fast. Each step that I went through to get to the end of my experience was very well explained to me, so I had no trouble understanding related to my case.

After having had a tragic gym accident I found batta fulkerson and Charlotte thanks to a friend. Charlotte handle my case and my children's with professionalism and accuracy. Even when things that were Beyond her control happened she was always extremely understanding and empathetic. Sean Jones and his team are top notch! He skillfully represented me in defense of a mechanic's lien suit brought on by a shady plumbing contractor. He and his team kept me in the loop during the whole process and explained in layman's terms everything going on. He is easy to talk to and knows his stuff. I hope I won't need to but I would hire him again without a second thought.

I originally contacted Jay Temple to handle a California case from 10+ years ago. The case regarded a reduction/dismissal action. There was more work to be completed than was expected. Mr Temple completed all the work on time for the original retainer fee. I couldn't be happier if I tried with the work he completed.
