When it comes to being the best, one name comes to mind... Joe Seipel! He came in like Atlas himself and took the weight I was caring and carried it with me. He is an exceptional attorney. He not only excels in his profession but is compassionate, sympathetic and cares about the people he represents, no matter the degree of case. He walks you through every step and communicates effectively what is required of you. Never felt judged or as if I was a burden. I could not have asked for a better defense. Because of him I can now look to a future free of worry and fear of putting my life on hold. I am optimistic for life ahead and the dreams I can now make a reality. Joseph represented me in a personal injury case after I swallowed broken glass that was served to me in a drink at a well known restaurant chain. Joseph was a great communicator, acted quickly, and we reached an acceptable settlement with the restaurant. I had a lot of issues going to the court case and Joe Seipel was like you don't even need to be there! I was like whoa. He asked me to compile a bunch of documentation and some contact information, etc.... Character Witness type stuff. I had difficulties getting in-touch with them due to my situation but they constantly worked with me. The front desk was a big help! And they always answer the phone. Joe walked me through what information he needed for the case and informed me of what was to come. After a few months we had a re-case and the case was dismissed/terminated. I can not state how amazing Joe Seipel is. The man is a legend and has my A+++++ confidence. If I ever get in anymore trouble these are the guys I'm calling. So worth every penny! Joe helped me get my DUI expunged from my record. At the start of this process I didn’t know what would happen or if we would be successful in our efforts. After working with Joe it was apparent to me that we had a great shot of making it happen. Throughout the process Joe was professional and very helpful. He successfully did everything he said he was going to do from the start of the process to the end. Happy New Years and bring on 2024 all thanks to Joseph and his hands on approach with my case. I heard Mr. Seipel talking to another individual downtown one day and asked if he was an attorney. He let me know he was and I explained my situation to him. He let me know that he could probably help me and gave me one of his cards. I called him later that week and went over all the details of my case with him and sent him over a little paperwork. He reviewed everything that I had sent him and called me to let me know that he would be willing to take on my case and all the fees that would be involved. He had already spent a couple hours on my case before we ever even talked about money. He knows I could've ended up never choosing him as my attorney and he still was helping me out as much as he could. Well after reviewing the fees I decided to choose him as my lawyer and I am sure glad that I did. He was very attentive and proactive throughout my entire case. I had never been in trouble with the law before. In fact, I have worked many years in the criminal justice system. A few weeks ago, I was arrested on some accusations that were completely made up and utterly false. After speaking with many law firms around San Diego I was recommended to the law firm that Mr. Seipel works for. After my conversation with him I knew that he was someone I could put my faith in. My case was simple yet complex. It involved a criminal arrest and then the city of San Diego added on civil accusations for no reason. I hired Mr. Seipel for the criminal charges but could not afford any help with my civil case. Mr. Seipel took care of the criminal charges and helped guide me along with the many questions that I had regarding the civil accusations that the city of San Diego was alleging against me. No other lawyer would have given me their unpaid time to answer the questions involving that aspect of the case that they were not getting paid for. Yet, Mr. Seipel did. Having worked in criminal justice I got to know countless lawyers and Mr. Seipel sets himself apart from the stereotypical ones that I had encountered before. Not only did he know his job and guide me in the right direction, but he also did so while exuding admirable morals and integrity. I am hurt by the incident and wrongful arrest that I had to endure but I am happy and proud to have been able to interact with Mr. Seipel during its resolution. Joseph is an excellent attorney. He was very approachable, available, and responsive. He made the entire process of obtaining my expungement straight forward and easy. He was also non-judgmental and empathetic while trying to understand my situation and goals for obtaining an expungement. After gathering the necessary information from me, Joseph put it all together and attended the court date. The process was streamlined, and the result was early termination of probation and expungement. This will be critical in moving my healthcare career forward. Overall it was an excellent experience!
