Fortunately it wasn't severe but I was in physical pain the following days. I sought out Gomez Trial Attorneys to help me navigate the insurance process and help me obtain the help I needed to heal from my injury. My case was placed in the hands of John Greer and Grecia McGinnis. What can I say, they were both excellent and professional throughout the entire process. I very much appreciated the flexibility in that I was able to handle everything through email or Zoom, avoiding the need to travel to their office. Grecia, the case manager, was attentive to my email communication and was prompt in taking care of any hospital bills I'd send her way or questions I'd have. The Gomez team worked very hard for me in my brain injury case.

I was rear ended in Oceanside while stopped at a left turn red arrow. Shocked, had a concussion after the accident. Needed a reliable attorney who could be there for me. I'm 75 and sometimes people do not give enough time or listen to my age group. My experience was so much more than I expected from them. Calls were returned expediently regarding accident and didn't have to drive to San Diego, all the info was relayed using email or texts. Their lawyer, John Greer and his assistant, Grecia were so kind and they helped me way beyond my expectations, regarding questions associated with my car and the predicament that I had faced with Subaru dealership in Carlsbad. Their demeanor and how they cared about my situation gave me confidence to move forward from my terrible experience from that car dealer. Earlier this year I was in a violent car accident. I was rear ended on the freeway by someone doing over 100 mph that spun me off the road into a ditch. After recovering from the emergency room I hired the Gomez Trial Attorneys. John Greer was my attorney and Grecia McGinnis my case manager. They were very prompt to getting all the information from police report, contacting insurances, and getting me immediate care. When my doctor was unable to be see for months and was not able to get the necessary exams and treatments, Grecia was very reassuring that she made all the exam appointments from MRI, CT scans and neurology appointments. I received physical therapy for my neck/ back injuries, Neurological care for my concussion and recovery for my cognitive impairment. Gomez staff recoverved the maximum compensation for repayment of my car that was totaled and for my months of lost time from work, pain/ suffering, and did it all with a very timely manner.
