He has the right attitude to be a lawyer. The knowledge the way he speaks he controls the conversation. Throughout my case he continually kept me in the know with my case. Explained everything clearly to me and also answered all my questions and concerns. My case is still on going but in my head and heart I know my case is in great hands.

This is not a personal or perfomance review. Douglas Nelson is no longer manage nor work for this business. Another firm took over under same old office information (Name and Contact #). From what I heard Mr. Nelson is working as a judge now.

I called and made and appointment specifically for Douglas but when I went into his office yesterday, the lady in the front told me that he has become a judge now and that there’s a different lawyer ??? Be careful she’ll still charge you and try to set you up an appointment with the new lawyer without letting you know that Douglas is not in the office anymore!

I can say many many positive things about Cecilia and the entire firm as a whole but to sum it up I will say any legal situation can be troubling and confusing . The team was so compassionate and thorough and eased my mind in a serious time of stress and confusion. They were always transparent but by my side and looked out for my best interest while still being human and understanding . While I hope to never experience that again , I would 100 percent refer HKM to anyone in need of employment lawyers . Very grateful I found them !

Warning, I had an absolutely terrible experience with this law office. The lawyer Areeg was not only extremely rude but also got personal during our interaction. Instead of professionally explaining that they couldn't handle my case or didn’t learn yet about the existence of SIJ cases, they resorted to insults, telling me I "don't know nothing about the law." “and I probably cannot afford it “, It was a complete waste of time and a highly unprofessional encounter. I would strongly advise against using their services.

This Law firm is a bottom feeder. Lowest of the low. Violates customer privacy getting personal information illegally. They should be disbarred for committing fraud and several violations to the consumer’s privacy act.

This particular lawyer's motives are entirely self-centered. The moment you enlist his services, he's already shelled out between $1000 to $3500 from his own pocket to an illicit third party for the purpose of unlawfully procuring your personal information. Your best interests are never his priority. Instead, he's exploiting your case as leverage to pressure car dealers into settling, thus covering his own legal fees. The endgame isn't to promptly address and resolve your concerns, but rather to maximize his own financial gains as rapidly as possible. At this very moment, a coalition of approximately 12 attorneys is in the process of constructing a formal motion to take legal action against him. Presently, a collective lawsuit has been lodged against him, spearheaded by the attorney VALERIE F. HORN & ASSOCIATES, headquartered in LOS ANGELES. It might be in your interest to participate in this group legal action, not only to recoup some of your losses but also to effectively put a halt to his reprehensible practices. While attorneys are entrusted with the responsibility to diligently represent you when they take on your case, it's unfortunate that not all adhere to the same ethical standards. I do not know how he is putting this bread in his children's month. I am pretty sure he is mixing it with the sh$t.
