This lawyer categorizes his clients as "good" or "bad". I was one of his "bad" clients because I asked questions such as: why had it been one year since I have heard from you? Why are you running up the expenses? Why hasn't the case settled after nearly five years? For the most part I used to like Attorneys. And some of my dearest friends are Lawyers. But this man has soured my faith in the legal system. It's sad that clients are required to pay "invisible expenses" with no backup incurred by this man. At the end of your case you wind up with almost nothing. We did. It's not even worth filing a personal injury case if you use him. A horrible and stressful experience. He even had us go to a pricey doctor and deducted it from our settlement. The doctors report did nothing to help our case. Don't get me wrong. It wasn't the doctor that was bad. It was Trestick. To my extreme amazement, even after signing an arbitration agreement, and being given a ballpark settlement amount--we still did not get any money for five more months. If we hadn't pushed him so hard. There's a good chance we never would have seen even the small amount of money we got. And yes. If you are reading this Trestick or the other Attorney. You know who wrote it. A terribly dissatisfied client.
