I called her office and was told that she was on the phone. I left my phone number and requested a call back stating that I was a prospective client. I waited more than 24 hours and never received a call back. The matter was urgent. I decided to call a different lawyer. In my opinion, if you can't count on her to return a prospective client's phone call, she will likely be less inclined to return your call once she has your retainer in hand.
