All I have to say is that the services received through Andrew Moher’s Law firm are outstanding! My wife and I tried to deal with our creditors via a credit consolidation service but some of the creditors were not willing to work with us. We were referred to Andrew “Andy” Moher to explore filing bankruptcy and his assistance throughout the whole process has been excellent. Due to our income we had to file for Chapter 13 bankruptcy and were not sure of the specifics of this plan and Andy was very detailed in explaining the whole process from beginning to end. Whenever we had a question he was very prompt in responding, we never felt lost and if anxieties got the best of us he was very calming and assuring that all would work out in the end. We always know he has our best interests in mind. We are currently in the second year of our five year plan and there have been some questions or issues that have come up during this plan, Mr. Moher continues to provide praiseworthy services and advice to this date. We have found that his services do not end once the bankruptcy is filed, they continue, and we are confident he will be there for us until the end of our plan. We are not happy that we came to a point that we had to file bankruptcy and were embarrassed but Andrew Moher has made this whole process so much smoother than we thought it would be. If anyone is ever in a situation that bankruptcy is considered, I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Moher’s Law Firm to assist them in this matter. Thanks again Andy for all your assistance!

I have never met an attorney who has a genuine concern for people like Mr. Moher. I care for an elderly man who was facing foreclosure proceedings , and this attorney stood by my side and due to other issues i didn't need to use his services . He did this for free! who does that? I highly recommend using this attorney if you need counsel.

Andrew helped my wife and I with our bankruptcy and we could not has asked for a better lawyer to be by our side.
