I was so fortunate to find Andrew for my attorney for a case that is complex and difficult. Being faced with the thought of having to file bankruptcy is not only stressful but it also affects so many other things in your life. I was at the verge of losing my second home and I did not know what to do. I was embarrassed about my situation and had spent many nights awake, stressed, and feeling lost. Many times, I felt that I would never ever see the end of the Chapter 13. Its being five years since I started my relationship with the Moher Law Group, and today, they notified me that my Chapter 13 was discharged successfully!! I appreciate each and every one at the Moher Law Group who were always supportive anytime that I called or sent emails. I really do not know how I would have survived all of this without Attorney Moher; he is an awesome attorney - thank you for assisting me in staying financially focused in resolving my debt. Andrew Moher helped me get a loan modification after 5 years of delinquency. The Bank kept denying our modification applications, but Andrew never yielded a bit; we kept protesting each denial, and finally got the approval after 2 years of meticulous investigations into the Bank's wrong accounting practices. Andrew prepared the loan modification package with all the details that the Bank requested. Communications with Andrew was excellent; he was always available for questions and provided insights into the battles ahead.

We recently had a tax situation with the IRS for a plot of land that we own. This property has created more issues for us than it has been a benefit.
