I just came out of one of the most traumatic and emotional court trials of my life! I desperately needed a Permanent Restraining order and had been turned down numerous times in the corrupt courts in Salt Lake City, Utah. I was referred to another law firm and had a horrible experience which left me feeling deflated, hopeless and in financial despair. Do not make the mistake of wracking up large invoices with Book-smart attorneys who love to write Rhetoric and unnecessary emails, but have little experience in the courtroom and lack the skill of a Litigator. If you are looking for a top-notch attorney that will fight hard, is a strong negotiator, Andrew is your guy! I had three attorneys before I hired Andrew. All three attorneys took all my money, charged me for training their people, and got nothing done. Then I met Andrew! He is absolutely the best hands-down! I wish I hired him first. I never had to micromanage him and I always felt that he had my back. I always trusted him to do the very best he could for me. He is a straight shooter who is respected and admired in the San Diego area. He is very busy but always makes you feel supported. Andrew was aggressive and also protected me. His team is fabulous and incredibly efficient. If you choose the wrong attorney upfront, it could destroy you financially. Please learn by my mistakes and talk to Andrew first!

What can I say, I had a long and complicated divorce. I’m so happy Andrew Rosenberry was my attorney. He always had my best interest at heart! He fought for ME! Sleep at night, hire Andrew.

I heard about the law firm is ok but a particular attorney like Andrew is very unprofessional and not time punctual ...... he doesn't know how to talk-people and how to behave high-level professionally.He tried to create issues with normal people. I believe these guys always create conflict between people so he can bill more time and make more money. I don't recommend this guy but no comment on law firm other people I had interaction with-other people they seem nice. But this Andrew guy totally unprofessional and he not answer in a timely manner and very unprofessional. HE DONT knows HOW TO TALK TO PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE. I SUGGEST SUCH A GOOD LAW FIRM NOT KEEP PEOPLE LIKE HIM ITS MY SUGGESTION. HE IS GETTING CREDIBILITY because of the law firm not because of his DEGREE AND TALENT. I talked to this guy 1 time on the phone and a couple of times via email and also got to know via my CPA he SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL ... IF HE DOING THIS HE deserves 1* RATING AS YOU CAN SEE ON ATTORNEY RATING. My recommendation for him to treat people nicely and maintain law COMPANY dignity and not try to make think worst otherwise his life treats him worst. It's ALL KARMA YOU HAVE TO PAY HERE ONLY MY FRIEND. (ANDREW)MAKING MONEY IS NOT ONLY THING, AND GIVING the WRONG SUGGESTION. I get connected with other associates they are nice but this guy was super rude. LAW FIRM HAS TO THINK ABOUT TO HAVE PEOPLE LIKE HIM. AT LAST, I WANT TO SAY WHAT YOU DO YOU HAVE TO PAY ALL YOUR KARMA HERE, I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GUY EVER I KNOW a LOT OF PEOPLE GOING THROUGH STRESS BUT IF YOU GO WITH THIS PARTICULAR GUY YOU GOING TO RUIN YOUR NORMAL LIFE THIS GUY MAKE YOUR LIFE CRAZY IF YOU GO ASK NORMAL QUESTION. His knowledge is very narrow but he knows how to create an issue with your family and make the situation worst because he is a divorce attorney. They never want anyone's life happy because of their nature to create problems and make money on you. I did not hire this guy I never ever hire this kind of people ever my wife hire him for a small document

This "lawyer" is incompetent and irresponsible. He ignored numerous pieces of important information pertinent to my case, he did not follow my instructions necessary for the accuracy of the documents he was supposed to prepare. He did not give me advance notice about a meeting mandated by the Court and did not give me a chance to review and edit the documents presented at that meeting. As a consequence, the documents were grossly incomplete and flowed. He never failed to send me invoices on time though. If you hire this person to represent you, be prepared for a disaster. The owner of the firm he is the member of, Donald R Holben, is not any different. He had no choice but to acknowledge Mr. Rosenberry's miserable records on my case, nevertheless he refused to correct the invoices for the services I did not receive. Both Rosenberry and Holben only care about getting paid without providing the minimum services one would have the right to expect from professionals.
