Dishonest, They served me at an address in NJ, I live in CA, that I have never even visited once. They served me electronically when I never consented to be served that way. They had someone in the courtroom, during a trial, communicating with witnesses sitting outside the courtroom in the hall. Practicing this type of law will eventually affect the outcome of your case.

I'm current active duty military with 8 years of service and had no hope and no help from anybody else with my legal matter. Mellman & Mellman LLP was the ONLY law firm that help me! I had a law suit against another firm and none of the attorneys at the SDCBA, the North County Bar Association, military lawyers from Naval Base San Diego all the way up to Camp Pendleton and big name law firms would not help me. I had over 40 referrals, dozens of phone calls, emails, and consultations with more lawyers and law firms I ever wanted to see in my lifetime. Mr. Stuart Mellman and his team provided better expertise, experience, and guidance than every law firm I've ever had business with. Mr. Stuart Mellman restored my trust in attorneys and law firms. He is living proof that not all lawyers are incompetent, and money hungry. His professionalism, time management, responsiveness, and just genuine care sets him apart from the other lawyers. This law firm practices in family law, and still gave me outside assistance when they did not need to. I'm so thankful I got to work with Mr. Mellman and plan on being a client for life. I look forward to doing business with him in the future. This is not a paid review or advertisement but just a hard working Navy man giving you his insight of this great law firm. I hope whoever's is reading this and needs help calls this law firm and gets the help they need.

I would never wish an enemy what i have gone through the past couple of years. If you are ever in trouble though, Mr. Andrew Hillier is the MAN FOR YOU. He truly cares and has your best interest at heart. I never thought i could APPRECIATE what lawyers do, but this guy, went the EXTRA MILE for me. As scared as i was, he always assured me that i will be OK - AND I WAS. We got the best verdict today! 12.17.2018. He will not sugar-coat anything - even when it was crazy scary. He was always upfront and returned calls when he could, let me know when he was out of the country - NOW, THAT'S A LAWYER YOU WANT TO HIRE. What a first class organization! I worked with Rob Chambers on a complex personal injury case that spanned well over a year. Rob was the consummate professional. He guided me through the lengthy process and provided very wise, relevant and "spot on" advice and recommendations. Dealing with large insurance companies can be worrisome. Rob, very experienced in personal injury, allayed any issues or fears I had. The end result was a more than satisfactory outcome that I attribute to Rob's concern that I was treated fairly and was adequately compensated for my injuries. There is no doubt that Rob and his firm should be on the top of anyone's list when professional and expert legal advice and counsel is required.

Andrew is a prodigy when it comes to interpreting complex cases with lots of detailed moving parts, and arranging them into a cohesive, understandable story that retains its authenticity. He helped me in a legal matter when I had been retaliated against my employer, the DoD. Andrew took my evidence and got my case accepted for investigation - which looking back , we had a 0.6% shot. That says it all. He is also genuine, kind and intuitive, but disciplined and hard working. I recommend him to anyone I know that has a need for an attorney.

So today I met with this awesome Attorney named Angelo who talked to me about dui information that was very useful information. I would highly recommend them for DUI and criminal defense.

Me and my neighbor had a dispute over which land belongs to who. He called up his lawyer and I called up H and M Law. We reached a good conclusion and I’m happy it’s all settled now. Thanks again H and M Law!
