After researching countless lawyers, and not receiving responses after going through documents with one other firm, my sister was able to find this agency. When we met with Jason and his firm, we were already at the point of feeling overwhelmed and uncertainty. I would like to share how grateful we are to have found this agency. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Jason and the receptionist. He was very thorough in explaining everything to my parents from the beginning of the process to the end. He made sure that my parents were understanding of the process as well as me and my sister. He was very responsive via text message and made the beginning stage of this process easy. The second appointment we met with Hilary who was also amazing at being very thorough in the process of creating the trust and power of attorney. She also was very responsive and proactive in responding to my messages and telephone calls. Even last minute details, she showed patience and understanding. In our last appointment, which is the final stage of signing, Hilary , insured, to clarify, any confusion regarding trustees versus beneficiaries and advance directives. She also clarified questions we had regarding language used in the documents. As I had mentioned to her, I wish doctors could speak to families in the manner she did when it comes to advanced directives. the way she explained it, It gave me comfort when I walked out of their firm. My parents, myself and my sister are so happy we found this firm, and we are grateful for their prompt responses and attention. Meeting all our needs but most importantly my parents. I recommend anyone looking for a lawyer and firm who can trust to ensure that your family is taken care of going forward by these legal documents that are needed in order to establish and respect the wishes of loved ones. Most of all, establish POA if you are currently caring for a family member. There’s so much more I can stay, but there would never be an ending to this review. The fees were reasonable for the amount of work put in, the appts and phones calls made, but most importantly, the quality and attention in their profession compared to other agencies is not something you can easily come by. The amount was fair for the amount of time and effort that was put in. If you want quality, then don’t hesitate to meet Jason, Hilary and the staff at Lancier Legal. I called Lancier Legal to review my old estate plan. Jason Tolin took care of everything for me. I had so many questions about wills and trusts. He explained the changes and updates I needed. I felt so much better after procrastinating for many years. This law firm treats their clients with respect and it really shows.

We just finished up our estate plan with Lancier Legal. I was most impressed by their prompt response on a holiday week. Jason Tolin handled our will, living trust, and powers of attorney. He explained everything in plain English so we could understand as a layperson. Most of all we trust Jason to represent our best interests and protect our assets.

Lauren just assisted me with a case. I'm from out of state (Iowa), and Lauren handled everything for me and I was able to get the issue settled with Lauren's assistance over the phone and via email. Great job Lauren!!! Nothing personal Lauren, but I hope I never need you again. LOL. But if I ever do need any legal assistance again, you can bet that I will come back to The Anna Yum law firm looking for Lauren.
