I never thought I would find myself in a situation where I would need an attorney however, when I did, I am so grateful I had David Ruyle Jr. as my representation. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and communicates every step of the way. Adding confidence, David was once a police officer. I called today to get advice on how to overturn my DUI conviction. Kevin was extremely rude to me and didn’t care about what I was trying to explain to him. He just started yelling at me telling me I’m just trying to play the victim and good luck elsewhere.

Mr. Ruyle was a great attorney. I knew going into my DUI that I would get convicted regardless of what I'd try to fight. I hoped to recieve the best option available to me and Mr. Ruyle did exactly that, if not better than I expected. He was on top of everything and gave me updates whenever I asked. He attended all my court dates and took care of things without needing anything from me. He knew his stuff very well and it's easy to tell that he deals with DUI's a lot. The are DUI attorneys yet they don’t help out for false DUI arrests. Spoke to Kevin over the phone about my false arrest case and said they don’t want to get involved with the DUI case after mentioning I needed to hire an attorney to file a lawsuit for damages after the arrest. Dave has represented my son and did a lackluster job. He continually forgot crucial aspects of his case, did the bare minimum, and complete forgot my son had a job for 3 months which could help his case. He sent the incorrect dates and is so quick to end his conversation each time he would call. Dave was not answer him straight up and everything he said during on boarding has not even been close to being true. We spoke with colleagues and they have left the firm for the exact reason. He is a smooth talking lawyer who does the bar minimum.
