To start, no one knows what to expect going into a dirty divorce. Mrs. Brianna Davis and her team were referred to me by another highly reputable attorney. She is a powerful and well respected counsel but above all that, she is a dynamic human being with feelings. In the midst of emotional chaos, she provided me clarity. When i saw gray, she made sure to spell out the black and white for me. Brianna made sure to dot all i’s and cross every t in an uphill battle that seemed never-ending. Above all, she truly cares. She cared about my well being and the well being of my children in a terrible domestic violence case. I’m not sure what to expect from an attorney as I had never had the need to hire one but what i do know is that Brianna helped me navigate a world of unknowns and she did it right - deliberately and quickly. I am forever grateful to her and her team. She is highly respected in the legal community and her firm approach has proven successful. She is the backbone and spine I never knew I needed.

Ms. Davis did an amazing job on my case. She is highly knowledgeable in family law and the psychology of perpetrators of domestic violence. Her advice during our three consultations prior to retention were spot on. She didn't sign me on as a client just to make money. Brianna came on to a highly contentious custody case with a lengthy court history. I had been through the wringer with my ex in court while dealing with domestic violence that had occurred towards me and my children. Ms. Davis was able to come in and wrap up a 6 year battle within 6 months of being on the case. Brianna is a tough negotiator who represents both of your best interests. She is very direct, straight forward, and to the point -- she doesn't play games or waste anyone's time. Brianna asked me the tough questions and told me what needed to be heard. She told me what I needed to do to make sure I won my case. After 6 years of living in fear of my ex's constant abuse towards me and my children, I finally feel safe. I have sole custody of my children, and my children are protected from enduring any further trauma. I can not express how much gratitude I have for Brianna. She helped me protect my family and keep them safe going forward.

I was really scared going into a divorce with my ex wife threatening to ruin my life by taking all my assets and property. On top of that, I was extremely sick this year and spent 2 months in the hospital, so I really was not in the place to go through a divorce myself at all. I am so glad I hired her because there would have been no way at all I would have been able to get any of this done without her. She did all the hard work in the back ground. She also shows she really cares too which seems hard to find in a lawyer. Very fair and straight forward. I hired Brianna back a few months ago after I lost custody of my daughter due to a safety plan I was forced to sign from CPS in order to see my daughter. I was forced to have supervised visits at dads house that was not going to work for us so she helped me get to an agency ABC visitation with Monika who was also so amazing. And they both worked very hard to help clear my name and get back the custody that was taken from me wrongfully. Brianna has been working overtime for me and my family. She took my daughter as her own and never stopped fighting for what was right for my daughter. Brianna is hard working and will not stop fighting for the truth and what is right. She will not just take your money and say I tired she gives you 200% and more and bends over backwards for you. My ex husband tried all ways to make my life harder but with Brianna and the truth we showed the truth to the judge and I was awarded back my custody that was wrongfully taken from me.

Brianna was referred to me from a friend for my divorce and thank God my friend referred her. Brianna had my divorced finalized in less than a year, which everything we had to do is absolutely amazing. This includes the restraining order, custody , child support , divorce. She is very professional, a really sweet young women to work with and always there when you need her. She helped me win sole legal custody of my daughters and walked me through the process and explainling everything that was happening. Anything requiring an attorney is expensive, but I wanted to be divorced and be divorced fast . I can say w total confidence my investment in having Brianna Davis represent me was worth every penny. I never thought I would say that, but when you have children to protect while also going through settlement of divorce, you need somebody who will strongly advocate on your behalf. She fulfilled my expectations and was always there when I needed her – sometimes at 10:00 at night.
