One day I found myself on the wrong side of the law unexpectedly. The scariest situation of my life to say the least. I was involved in a DUI resulting in an accident. I was looking at Felony DUI causing injury and didn't know what to do. The first thing I appreciated after meeting with Stefano was how I wasn't looked down on or shamed. He understood the situation and relayed to me the possible outcomes and what we could hope for. I didn't have much going for me as I was clearly at fault and admitted guilt several times to the arresting officer. He was always available if I ever needed to ask a question and constantly kept me updated on all details such as the DMV hearing, etc. Through Stefano's creativeness and perseverance through several continuations we were able to work out a deal with the DA to get the felony down to a misdemeanor at sentencing. Everything worked out better than I could have hoped and I was never convicted of the felony and did not have to serve any more time behind bars. It was not a pleasant process and something I hope to never go through again but Stefano definitely did his best to ensure I was treated fairly and always involved in what was going on.
