Over the last 14 years I have hired 4 attorneys to represent me in Family Law court. Chris Diecke is the first and only attorney to get it right. Chris listened to (and actually heard) my concerns and provided me with realist advice on how to proceed with each issue/concern. Chris was very responsive and worked hard to get the most reasonable outcome. The Family Court system is very much like war, no one wins in war and it is not fair. The best possible out come is yielded by reducing the amount of conflict before you get into court. Chris does this by intelligently forming the complaints and responses in a coherent manor that the judge can follow. I have had a variety of attorneys, all of which caused more harm than good, except Chris. Chris was perfect and I highly recommend him. The court system is random and chaotic, you need an attorney like Chris to keep you informed, calm, and pointed in the right direction. Don't waist your time with any other attorney, just hire Chris. My life would have been dramatically better if I had met Chris 14 years ago when my divorce with kids started. Chris did such a thorough job of writing the final judgement, that I don't think I will ever have to step foot in the court room again.

Christoph Diecke, born in Germany, is a highly competent and very professional attorney practicing in San Diego. Among many other skills to recommend him, he is fully fluent in both German and English, and studied law both in Germany and the U.S. He has represented our family in the U.S. for several years, and we couldn't be happier with his service. In Germany, before WWII, our family championed the Impressionists beyond Paris and helped support and promote the Impressionist movement throughout the world.
