Best lawyer of all time.

Vik Monder helped me with my first (and LAST!) DUI. He made everything so easy and took care of everything for me. I did not need to go to court or anything. He was very helpful and understanding. He offered a great price for his services and I was able to walk away with no DUI on my record! He also takes payments which is always a big plus. Vik Monder is just wonderful!!

Being new to San Diego and after finding my way into an altercation, in downtown, which left me with a citation that I believed was unjust in its nature. I scoured the internet trying to find a Lawyer who I felt would listen to me and help me through my case. After reading the thousands of reviews on various sites, I stumbled into Vik's page and right away I knew this was right attorney for me. As soon as I sent an inquiry into Vik's homepage, he called me, texted me, and emailed within 20 minutes of my inquiry...all of which where on a weekend and at 10pm. If first impressions equated to anything - this one left a great impression. After calling Vik and chatting with him the next day, I knew right away he was the lawyer I wanted to take on my case. He gave me very explicit instructions on the items he needed from me and he was upfront with his costs for each action we might have to take depending on how the trial progressed if it got that far. After an in office meeting and putting together a mitigation package to the Superior Court, 2 days prior to the initial appearance - the courts rejected the citation and I was cleared. Vik's guidance, insight, and vision on how to take on the courts, his knowledge of San Diego and the legal process, and just being a really honest, thoughtful person - made the experience as stress-free as possible. I am glad I met Vik and even happier I chose him as my lawyer; I hope to never have to need him again...but if I ever need another attorney in California, Vik is the only choice I will ever make.

What do you do when your son gets into trouble with the law for a very serious drug offense with the potential for 2-4 years in Prison? My wife and I asked this question as we contemplated using a Public Defender or hiring an attorney. As a Retired Police Officer and a current Private Investigator, I knew that my son needed someone that was very comfortable with Criminal Court system and could present the best defense possible. This question was answered during our initial arraignment when I observed Vik Monder working a case in the same courtroom as my son. The ease at which he spoke and the comfort he gave to his client and family answered any doubt that Vik Monder was who we needed to fight for my son. Fast forward two months later and the decision made that day in the courtroom saved my son from some serious jail time. I have dealt and worked with many attorneys over my career and never thought that my son or any family member would be in trouble like this. I was charged with two felonies which had me very nervous. I have never been in trouble in my life, so I had no idea what to expect or even what to look for in an attorney. I had two consultations both said that my case was fightable and I could walk away with a clean record. The only drawback was one wanted $6000 and the other said he wanted $5000. On my way home from the these two consultations I received an email and recommendation to go talk to Vik and see what he had to say. Let me tell you I'm glad I did. I will keep it short from the time I met him he was honest and straight with me, he wasn't afraid to tell me where I made a mistake and what I did right. He also told me that my case wasn't a $5000 or $6000 dollar case like these other attorneys stated. He told me that he was going to try get the charges dropped before I even go to my arraignment. This he would do with a mitigation packet and for this he said he would charge me $1500. If the district attorney rejected the packet he would do whatever it takes to fight this to the end and get me what I want in court. He said he would fight it too the end for an additional $2000 which is honesty at its finest. He told me straight forward that my case wasn't worth what other attorney charge and took less then what he could have probably made off of me. Long story short Vik is as professional as it comes. Vik Mondor is a high profile attorney taking on big time cases he is a busy man but he was never to busy or never lacked time to respond to a text or meet in person. My charges were dropped and only paid $1500 dollars. Vik is a great guy and would recommend him to anyone!
