I had a very bad experience with the firm. Starting from a confidence level to not have clients' best interests in mind. It is all about getting legal fees collected and saving the face in front of judges or arbitrators. The worse thing the firm is not willing to accept responsibilities for a bad outcome and work with a client as a partner. Instead, you get a blame game at the end of how it is our fault that settlement was not successful. In our case, we had a very strong case and were convinced by attorneys to settle for a very unfavorable outcome. If I knew it from the beginning I would have never even started the process.

Sean Jones and his team are top notch! He skillfully represented me in defense of a mechanic's lien suit brought on by a shady plumbing contractor. He and his team kept me in the loop during the whole process and explained in layman's terms everything going on. He is easy to talk to and knows his stuff. I hope I won't need to but I would hire him again without a second thought.

I originally contacted Jay Temple to handle a California case from 10+ years ago. The case regarded a reduction/dismissal action. There was more work to be completed than was expected. Jay Temple helped me with a forth lifetime DUI and my third within ten years. I am an alcoholic who relapsed after three years of sobriety. Jay's skills directly resulted in the best settlement with the DA that the judge had ever seen and because of all the pretrial prep work Jay did the judge allowed it. I don't ever plan on drinking again, this is truly my last chance.
