I can validate what others have stated on this site. I met and hired Dan in 2014 after releasing my first attorney. Needless to say, selecting him to represent me in my high profiled case was one of the best decisions that I ever made. Besides knowing his way around the courtroom and legal arena, Dan is the definition of what a human being should be and something his fellow attorneys should emulate. It has been a long road for me for the past 5 years on probation. It was really tough, but with the help and expertise of Dan Greene I was able to survive and successfully completed my probation on May 10, 2020. It has been 2 years since my sentencing. I was really surprised that on May 22, 2017 I received an email from Atty. Dan represented my 16 year old son on a recent case in Juvenile Court. The DA's office placed a total of 19 counts on him for a serious offense which I thought would ruin the rest of his life as some were felonies. The odds were stacked against him since some evidence was obtained by the police. It took five long months of dedication and effort but Dan was able to negotiate a deal with the DA to drop 17 of the 19 counts off the bat. There were 2 counts left with one being pretty serious. The DA agreed to withdraw the more severe count if my son successfully finishes his program and the one remaining would be sealed. He ended up getting a year of a probation and now has a second chance at life. Due to Dan's perseverance we achieved the best possible outcome. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have my son back and heading off to college next year. I would strongly recommend Dan Greene to anyone who is looking for a top notch criminal defense attorney!

Well, first off yes; needing a lawyer means something pretty bad is happening in your life but if you truly need legal counsel I strongly suggest Dan Greene! He's known throughout the court system here. Respected, rather. The judge even said to me, verbatim "I expect you to do what you are supposed to do and having such a great lawyer as Mr Greene, I'm sure you will"... the judge herself knew about him, or his reputation. It didn't stop there though. After I got my time thrown out the window for some insane BS he still helped me to continue with my probation. And for what i paid I wasn't expecting nearly such a stellar job and guidance. After all was said and done I couldn't have made a better move. Hopefully won't even need him again but if I do he's my first stop. Strongly recommended!

Back in December 2013 I was charged with 9 counts. Five felonies and four misdemeanors. One of the felonies was a sex crime. The other four(4) were elder abuse. The four misdemeanors were also elder abuse. I was facing 10 - 12 years in prison if convicted. At the same time I will be deported back to my country due to my immigration status as permanent resident (Green Card). Until I found Atty. Daniel F. Greene through online search. After 17 months of hard work and working closely with the DA two of the remaining three charges were dismissed by the DA as part of the plea deal, leaving one felony that will be reduced to a misdemeanor after successful over a period of 18 months. I was sentenced to 325 days in custody with 5 years probation. At that time I thought that was the end of my relationship with Dan as my attorney. But while I was in custody he was still communicating with me and keeping track of everything. Until I got into the CPAC program (House Arrest) through Dan. I was only in custody for 3 months and spent the remaining 2 months on CPAP that ended on October 12, 2015. I was really amazed and touched by his gesture that I was able to reunite with my family earlier than I expect. It is hard to find a lawyer like Dan who is trustworthy and loyal to his clients. Dan saved me from deportation and that is the reason why I am here right now with my family. I have 2 kids a 7year old boy and 2 year old girl. I was very happy and satisfied with the outcome of my case. I could not ask Dan for anything more. I will never forget Dan and he is already part of my life with family. I highly recommend Atty. I was arrested October 4th 2014 downtown for getting into a group fight. There was a serious injury with the victim, he had a seizure, his tooth was knocked out, and he had internal bleeding. I'm on 3 years of informal probation. Dan was great at communicating and making sure I understood everything that was going on at all times.
