Dan is a tough minded litigator with a keen ability to settle cases in a light most favorable to his client. He has an ability to shift gears no matter the circumstance. I recommend him without reservation.

In my experience with Daniel, not only did he take the time to get to know me, my case and the results I was hoping for, he made valiant efforts to keep me updated and aware of what my options were at all times. Even though finances are a big part of how aggressive clients can be in attaining the results they hope to see, Daniel kept me aware of what my options were, what the pros and cons were to each and gave me the information I needed to make the best decision for me.
