I’ll go straight to the point. I hired Dod to defend me on a possible hit and run VC20002 case that was being investigated by the Hit and Run @ SDPD. After our consultation phone call Dod made me feel it was possible to resolve the issue without having the case sent to the city’s Attorney office. Dod promptly contacted the officer working on my case and explained the incident. As he suggest in our initial consultation the officer indicated that my case wouldn’t be sent to the city’s attorney office. Best outcome possible and within 2 days. Definitely recommended Dod. I hope I won’t need his expertise again but if I do I know who I’ll be contacting. Thank you very much

My father found himself in a bad situation where he unknowingly hit a pedestrian. We needed a competent and trustworthy lawyer. I was referred to Dod by a friend and called his office for a consult. We hired Mr. Ghassemkhani To help me with a loaded weapons charge. He was very honest and frank since the beginning. Odds were not on my favor. I was being told i was going to be serving many years in a federal prison. I live out of state and was in San Diego for vacation. While there I was arrested for a DUI.
