I am a professional. I wasted money on a law group to the toon of 40,000. They did nothing. Dod took care of me, his staff did, if you need someone he is the one

If I could give Dod Law 10 stars, I would! Without going into personal details, I found myself facing a very difficult situation and felt incredibly frightened and very alone. Another attorney referred me to Dod and I am so lucky and grateful to have found this attorney right in time because time was of the essence. Dod was extremely responsive and assured me that everything was going to be okay. DOD is very professional and is obviously a very smart and wonderful attorney. Dod worked very hard and was able to get a successful outcome for me. I sincerely and highly recommend Dod if you’re looking for an honest attorney that will be by your side and will do everything in their power to help you in every way possible. He's experienced, responsive, and genuinely empathetic -- the latter trait not found in all attorneys. I was falsely accused of a crime. I called Dod approximately 12 days prior to my arraignment date. During my free phone consultation, Dod offered to telephone the City Attorney's Office to learn if my case had ever been filed. He quickly called back to report, "I have good news. Your case is being dismissed." He seemed to be sincerely happy for me. Since my case was dismissed, I didn't need to hire Dod -- but if you do need help, you'd be wise to give Dod a call.

My experience with DODLAW: 8/2021 I found myself facing 5 felon charges and did not who I could trust with my case, let alone tell my side of the story to. I decided to not trust a public defender or skimp on paying a mediocre attorney that could ultimately change the rest of my life. After many days of research, I decided DODLAW was the firm I wanted. Dod is high profile attorney that is no stranger being confronted by media, had 18 years experience and over 6500 criminal cases behind him. I called his office and was contacting directly from Dod on his personal secure line. Shortly after the call I met with Dod at his office. We discussed the charges and I gave him my side of the story. This was a huge relief. (If you are reading this, then chances are that you are doing research as I did before selecting an attorney) Dod explained in extreme detail of what to expect next and over the course of the case, how he takes his cases very personal, and that “Your life is literally in his hands”. After many prayers and some time the our arraignment date came. (This is your first formal meeting in court, what charges are against you, and how you intend plea to those charges) Dod, being the professional he is, got me release on the best case scenario “OR”. The judge could have chose: Jail with no bail, jail with a set bail amount, or released on Own Recognizance. The DA tried to mention attempted murder but the judge did not give it the time of day. This was the first win! My family, friends and I could not have been happier for the outcome. Next court date was mitigation. Basically, your attorney and DA try to come to an agreement on your case. This is where I saw Dod really outperform others in the court room. With my own eyes, I saw many of the other Attorneys I thought about hiring prior to the case just fall short of what I would call taking the case personal. The other attorneys to me just seemed to be “run of the mill”, did not aggressively build the cases they presented, and did not have the clout Dod did. Dod had told me from the beginning that the least amount of jail time is the goal. That way I will not be away from my family and not lose my job since I am a sole provider. Dod said, If agreed to the terms he presented me, I could possibly not serve jail time and keep job but it would ultimately be up to the judge at the sentencing date. The next court date was Sentencing which is the final step of the Preliminary Hearing. On 9/2022, we presented our case to the judge and I walked out of court with no jail time and retained my job to provide for my family. My loved ones, friends, and I could not have asked for a better outcome from the entire team at DODLAW. Dod is absolute professional! He has a unique very calming demeanor when you talk to him outside the court room and truly shines when in front of the judge. Dod’s passion and experience are impeccable. I hired DOD after a terrible mishap on my part. Arrested for 2 counts of felony Child endangerment and DUI Over .2. DOD was very real with me up front about what could happen and reassured me EVERY single step of the way. When he had an update, I had an update.
