Mr. Ritter is the epitome of excellent lawyers. We hired him due to my daughter being hit by a car after getting off of a bus and crossing the street after school. We have had a long time to get acquainted as our case was settled two months short of the four year anniversary of her accident. Also, during this time, my ex-husband filed for divorce; it was a very trying time for my daughter and me. Right from the start, Mr. Ritter advised us on what would be crucial elements to our case: urgent eyewitness testimony, photographs of the crime scene, all necessary records, character witnesses for my daughter, etc. He had people creating timelines, others making a display of pictures and other memorabilia of my daughter's life, and a team that videotaped a "day in her life". Mr. Ritter is extremely knowledgeable and respected in his field. He has an impressive affiliation with colleagues and his expert witnesses are TRULY expert. He uncovered facts that were crucial to the case even though they took a huge effort. Although he practices out of San Diego, he has many connections in our area of Riverside and beyond. We settled the case to our satisfaction on the eve of trial. Mr. Ritter was completely equipped and prepared for what he believed may be a three-week trial. I would have loved to see him in action in the courtroom. He involved himself personally in many aspects of our case which likely would have been delegated to others by many firms. He checked in periodically to find out how the recovery process was going. This familiarity gave him the first hand knowledge needed to confront any surprises that may have come up in the courtroom. We were informed of the proceedings regarding our case as necessary. When we were faced with an obstacle, Mr. Ritter had at hand a viable plan of action which he shared with us and we never lost hope. Perhaps most importantly, Mr. Ritter is a sincere individual that can be trusted to give full effort to settle a case satisfactorily. He cares for clients as his good friends; he was concerned as to how my daughter and I were holding up through the trials and tribulations of our two court cases, offering his assistance as needed. My daughter and I genuinely regard him as an exceptional asset to his profession; he surpasses expectations.
