Frank Clowney is an excellent attorney and has the respect of judges within the profession as evidenced by a judges comment as we appeared before him for arbitration. The judges first comment was "You have a good one here", referring to Frank Clowney's reputation in appearing before him. His next comment was equally telling. "How much do you want" in response to settling the arbitration case.
