S/O to Brian e Watkins and associates for getting my case dismissed and expunged! He’s the real deal San Diego, you wouldn’t regret bringing him and his team on as your lawyer!

My son was wanted on the news and a suspect for murder. I was on the other side of the country. We were able to retain Brian E. Watkins & Associates to represent him. Attorney Brian Watkins personally picked up my son and escorted him to the police station. Mr. Watkins has the utmost respect and professionalism. Brian thoroughly explains the process and immediately puts you at ease. Trust this man will do everything in his power to represent you to the fullest. Brian is not only a phenomenal attorney, he is caring and passionate about helping others in their times of need. Many of my son's charges were dropped and the murder charge was reduced to voluntary manslaughter. Brian has tremendously impacted the course of my son’s life and because of this he will be coming home a better man. Hands down this five star review is well earned. I am eternally grateful for his services.

Mr. Hokstad threatened me as we were leaving the court house that his client (my ex husband) may never pay any college or anything if I can't get my daughter to talk to her father, who she refused to speak to. Mr. Hokstad filed the judgment to settle our divorce during the pandemic when the courts were closed without our knowledge. We had signed the judgment in 2019 but the numbers and % of time my daughter was spending with her father was wrong and he filed anyway. My ex husband said he also didn't know Mr. Hokstad was going to file the judgment as final. Because he approached me outside the court room and threatened me I felt afraid to file a complaint about him to the court or anyone. He is an awful man. He lied to the judge saying he sent me copies of judgments and proposals (before the pandemic hit) that I never received. My ex husband didn't show up to the hearings so Mr. Hokstad just said whatever he wanted. He made things up! He was my ex husbands 2nd lawyer because he didn't pay his first lawyer. I'm guessing my ex husband didn't pay Mr. Hokstad either so he just filed the judgement to get rid of our case. I was representing myself and didn't know what else to do. I would never recommend Mr. Hokstad even though I was the opposing party he was very scary and threatening to me in public, which is very wrong for a lawyer to do.

Recently I was in an automotive accident and hired Brian Watkins. I was involved in a serious accident and the situation was extremely sensitive. Mr. Watkins gave me the support I needed initially and showed me the compassion throughout the process. I was very thankful to have him handling my situation in the courts as he was extremely professional, reassuring, and approachable. I really didn't know what to do or what was going to happen, Brian was truly there for me. I highly recommend Brian Watkins and am so thankful for meeting him.
