I wish to highly recommend Mr. Harvey Berger. I first met with Mr. Berger in 2008 regarding a claim against my previous employer. First impressions were that of a professional attorney who definitely knows employment law (back to front and upside down!) and who' tells it how it is'. However, these attributes should be a prerequisite when meeting with an attorney! What sets Mr. Berger apart from the rest (and above the rest, in my opinion), is his integrity and ethics.
