I had a good experience with Anton and his associate attorney Emilia. I would recommend this firm. Anton is very smart and fights for his clients. He came up with a very good strategy to defend me. The firm was financially reasonable but, most importantly, they took the time for me, took my case seriously, and treated me with kindness and respect. I have been through a terrible legal ordeal and Anton gave me peace of mind and advocated successfully for my rights throughout. I have had very disappointing experiences with other attorneys in the past. So I can truly say: When one finds a good attorney it is simply golden. Highly recommended.

We heard Janet on the Sandra Love's real estate show on KFMB (Sat. 2PM). We needed help with Wells Fargo and a loan modification for our mortgage. Wells Fargo was frustrating us with all the paperwork and confusion understanding what we needed to do. A meeting was scheduled with Janet. We liked how she presented herself and believed she could work for us with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo just gave us the loan mod, and Janet did all the work. We are very pleased with Janet, and will be using her for more work.

I found Ms. Gutierrez the best that I have seen between Lawyers, as she is more concerned with my case and problems by resolving them as they appear and considers them as her own. She always has an answer to every thing, as she is very experiences lawyer and she is full of knowledge in her field. Her fees are reasonable and she never pressures people about her fees, and gives her clients the choice of how to pay the fees over any period of time they choose.

She filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy, got rid of my second mortgage, modified my loan, and obtained a principal reduction of $178,000!
