We heard Janet on the Sandra Love's real estate show on KFMB (Sat. 2PM). We needed help with Wells Fargo and a loan modification for our mortgage. Wells Fargo was frustrating us with all the paperwork and confusion understanding what we needed to do. A meeting was scheduled with Janet. We liked how she presented herself and believed she could work for us with Wells Fargo. Wells Fargo just gave us the loan mod, and Janet did all the work. We are very pleased with Janet, and will be using her for more work.

I found Ms. Gutierrez the best that I have seen between Lawyers, as she is more concerned with my case and problems by resolving them as they appear and considers them as her own. She always has an answer to every thing, as she is very experiences lawyer and she is full of knowledge in her field. Her fees are reasonable and she never pressures people about her fees, and gives her clients the choice of how to pay the fees over any period of time they choose.

She filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy, got rid of my second mortgage, modified my loan, and obtained a principal reduction of $178,000!

She is an amazing person who offered her services at a reasonable price and most important, helped me make an educated decision that best suited me and my family.
