Shortly after selling my company I found myself in a very hostile work situation. I entered into an employment contract with the new owners of the company and I was to remain employed for the duration of 2 years. Only a few months into my employment I was witness to several Federal and State EPA violations that were being conducted by the new owners, as well as blatant disregard to governing agency’s attempts to question the new owner’s illegal activities. After notifying the new owners of the severity of their violations and my concerns regarding the safety of the employees, my 2 year contract was abruptly ended.
