After someone hit our car, the insurance company of the other driver fought us on paying the full estimate provided by the shop of our choosing. I reached out for help to Haffner & Morgan on a Friday at 4pm the week before Christmas expecting to leave a voicemail and have my call returned after the holidays. He explained the best way to manage insurance companies and how to use our own insurance company to go to bat on our behalf rather than fight them directly. He also told me that we shouldn’t pay for counsel at this stage and that our resources are better spent elsewhere. That’s exact kind of attitude we all want our attorneys to have. Recently, I spoke with Christian about a problem I'm having with an insurance company. I found his honesty and willingness to help me to be extraordinary.
