Of all of the half dozen local and distant LTD attorneys I interviewed over the phone, Mr. Bonnici seemed most thorough in his explanation of processes and the various directions my case could go. Furthermore, he had strategic ideas, that none of the other lawyers presented, that were pertinent to my particular situation. That impressed me that he took the time to hear my situation and treat it as a whole rather than just a one-size-fits-all approach. Throughout the months, Mr. Bonnici always kept good lines of communication, promptly addressing any questions or concerns I had, and very thoroughly requesting necessary documentation from me. This was very reassuring through what would have otherwise been a more stressful process. It was comforting to know I was in good hands. Ultimately, Mr. Bonnici's strategies and methods of countering the LTD company's "expert opinions" proved successful. I believe this is because he maintained such good communication with me and was so thorough about collecting important information from me. I had a long-term disability claim due to pregnancy, and I needed help on how to proceed discussing my claim with my insurance company confidently. I believe in honest reviews so that people know exactly the truth so as not to get steered wrong. Pain and injury is bad enough without the added onset of having to fight insurance companies. In Jan of 2016 I was in an auto accident. I was not prepared for the mess that came afterwards dealling with the 'at fault' person or the insurance companies. All the doctors visits. All the pain. All the legal stuff that goes into fighting for yourself. I am extremely happy that, somewhat early on, I was introduced to Joshua and the Bonnici Law Group. Josh was an amazing attorney to work with. There were many times where I just wanted to give up and "deal with the pain", walk crooked, have no feeling on my left side of my body and deal with the headaches.
