I reached out to the office of Mellman and Mellman to discuss a legal matter regarding personal property damage. After our initial conversation, Stuart Mellman recommended to file a small claims case to resolve the issue. His office took care of filing the small claims case at the court and serving the defendant by certified mail. After several weeks prior to our 2nd court date, the defendant made an offer to settle outside of court. I was satisfied with the settlement amount. Thanks again Juanita! Original Post— I found this law practice through my legal insurance provider ARAG. I reached out to the practice and I was paired up with Juanita. I was having issues with my landlord trying to illegally evict me. She wrote a draft demand letter and gave me some options for the letter based on the specific outcome I wanted.
