We got our 'Living Trust' document done with this law firm, and we are very happy with the decision. During the first meeting they answered all our questions, explained us about the process to create the document and provided us with a set price (no concerns about hiddent fees on our side). We provided our info (as they needed) and when the document was ready, they went over over it with great detail.

Mellman & Mellman, LLP handled my divorce. Stuart and his wife have unique legal and interpersonal skills and demonstrate integrity and honesty in every aspect of their business. I recommend them without reservation. They do great work.

My husband and I were referred to Juanita by a fellow attorney/friend of hers who knew of her extensive knowledge regarding landlord/tenant rights. From the very start, she made us feel that she genuinely cared about our desperate situation and need for immediate assistance. Juanita literally saved us from a disastrous situation when she actually found errors made by our landlord on our current lease that resulted in our favor. Although I had most contact with Juanita, she and her husband, Stuart Mellman, along with their very efficient and courteous staff, surpassed our expectations. I highly recommend this firm, they are truly awesome and caring individuals!!

In 2019 I reviewed M&M as: "Professional, detail-oriented and very cooperative. Worked with me every step of the way and answered all of my questions. I will consult this firm again for any future tenancy law cases in San Diego." I have since consulted with M&M in their capacity as legal experts without a pending case at hand. I am disappointed to say that the outcome was the opposite of my prior experience. I can prowl case law myself or I can hire a lawyer. Where an attorney agrees to a consultation meeting specifically without material facts at hand, it is incumbent on them to serve as providing insight and demonstrate expertise on the state of current case law to that end. That's what you're being hired for; otherwise, you are simply a redundancy. M&M failed to maintain their high standard, or even a low standard, of service in consulting that they previously demonstrated in litigation. Further, I suggest potential clients take extra steps regarding protecting their attorney client privilege in working with M&M. During my meeting with an M&M associate, the associate freely discussed details surrounding my consultation in the main lobby in front of several other people after the meeting's conclusion. The associate's response to my objections was not particularly comforting. This sort of practice should be a matter of concern and awareness for any future litigants. M&M were otherwise polite, respectful, showed a diligence for scheduling and clarification. They put effort towards my needs as a customer.

Mellman & Mellman, LLP is phenomenal. They are professional, focused, detailed and aggressive for the one they represent. They are straight up when consulting you on what they believe they can achieve for you. They rock! The best tenant law firm I know of in San Diego county. They handle business and handle it well. They will fight till they win your case for you or until they hit a dead end. But In the end... they get it done. I’ll refer them to anyone I know both tenants and land lords. Absolutely EXCELLENT service! I was referred to Stuart and Juanita by a friend of mine and I am very happy I took his advice and hired them to do my Estate plan. They both are very knowledgeable and professional and displayed tremendous patience as I went back and forth with my questions regarding the many different aspects of my Estate plan and Trust. Dishonest, They served me at an address in NJ, I live in CA, that I have never even visited once. They served me electronically when I never consented to be served that way. They had someone in the courtroom, during a trial, communicating with witnesses sitting outside the courtroom in the hall. Practicing this type of law will eventually affect the outcome of your case.

What a first class organization! I worked with Rob Chambers on a complex personal injury case that spanned well over a year. Rob was the consummate professional. He guided me through the lengthy process and provided very wise, relevant and "spot on" advice and recommendations. Dealing with large insurance companies can be worrisome. Rob, very experienced in personal injury, allayed any issues or fears I had. The end result was a more than satisfactory outcome that I attribute to Rob's concern that I was treated fairly and was adequately compensated for my injuries. There is no doubt that Rob and his firm should be on the top of anyone's list when professional and expert legal advice and counsel is required.
