Absolutely EXCELLENT service! I was referred to Stuart and Juanita by a friend of mine and I am very happy I took his advice and hired them to do my Estate plan. They both are very knowledgeable and professional and displayed tremendous patience as I went back and forth with my questions regarding the many different aspects of my Estate plan and Trust. I considered doing my estate planning on my own by using software sold on amazon, but I am so happy that I didn’t because I would’ve missed out on the thorough review and details Stuart and Juanita provided! I first met Lindsey through the recommendation of a mutual friend. From the beginning, Lindsey gave me her full attention. She understood my situation clearly, and I felt empathy from her. Dishonest, They served me at an address in NJ, I live in CA, that I have never even visited once. They served me electronically when I never consented to be served that way. They had someone in the courtroom, during a trial, communicating with witnesses sitting outside the courtroom in the hall. Practicing this type of law will eventually affect the outcome of your case.

In 2017 and then also in 2018, I had got an MIP and then charged with a DUI (on a golf cart) while I was under 21 years old. I hired Lindsey and although she was quite expensive she was totally worth it. She got my MIP case dropped and my DUI reduced to a wet reckless. I had to do some necessary things and court fees and such, but then only a year and three months into my probation (out of 3 years for a wet reckless), she was able to get probation removed and the wet reckless expunged. Now I can apply to be an officer in the Marine Corps which was my plan originally.

I'm current active duty military with 8 years of service and had no hope and no help from anybody else with my legal matter. Mellman & Mellman LLP was the ONLY law firm that help me! Mr. Stuart Mellman and his team provided better expertise, experience, and guidance than every law firm I've ever had business with. Mr. Stuart Mellman restored my trust in attorneys and law firms. He is living proof that not all lawyers are incompetent, and money hungry. His professionalism, time management, responsiveness, and just genuine care sets him apart from the other lawyers. This law firm practices in family law, and still gave me outside assistance when they did not need to. I'm so thankful I got to work with Mr. Mellman and plan on being a client for life. What a first class organization! I worked with Rob Chambers on a complex personal injury case that spanned well over a year. Rob was the consummate professional. He guided me through the lengthy process and provided very wise, relevant and "spot on" advice and recommendations. Dealing with large insurance companies can be worrisome. Rob, very experienced in personal injury, allayed any issues or fears I had. The end result was a more than satisfactory outcome that I attribute to Rob's concern that I was treated fairly and was adequately compensated for my injuries. There is no doubt that Rob and his firm should be on the top of anyone's list when professional and expert legal advice and counsel is required.
