I wanted to start a small business but had no idea where to begin. Mr. Haddad made it all easy for me - made sure it was all set up legally, secured my legal name and structure, and helped register my trademark. There was so much I would've missed that would've gotten me in a bind later. Well worth the small expense.

I am a professional and my DUI was extremely uncharacteristic; I learned my lesson. However, I was fortunate to have been recommended by a friend to have Mr.Haddad assist me in my case. He is a very courteous and informative lawyer. He walked me through the different legal circumstances that could affect me due to my DUI and explained the rational for the different actions he would take on my behalf, of course with my prior approval. Ultimately, Mr. Haddad was able to clear my record of my DUI, which was fantastic. Nonetheless, in hindsight it was Mr.Haddad's personal approach to my case during that time that made a huge difference knowing the legalities of my situation would be handled properly and at a reasonable fee. I contacted Luiey on a recommendation from a friend and boy am I glad I did. I was facing a DUI, Hit and Run, and possession of Marijuana. These charges could have easily landed me in jail with an exorbitant amount of fines - effectively ruining my life for the foreseeable future. Not only was a luiey able to get the DA to drop the Hit and Run/Posession charges, but also got them to lower my DUI to the lowest sentencing tier available. I avoided jail, community service, an extra six months of court mandated classes, and the requirement to install an IID in any vehicle I drive. Very surprising how good of an attorney Mr. Haddad is. Surprising in the sense that you wouldn't figure he's as knowledgable about the law and the process for how young he is. But nonetheless, made me feel comfortable during the whole process, communication was beyond my expectations. Great work ethic and doesn't treat you like most attorneys. And by that I mean he doesn't just take your money and run. Definitely get your monies worth

Initially I had my case handled by a public defender, and the case was handled very poorly. I switched over to a large law firm I had seen advertised on TV in San Diego, and they were just as evasive and incompetent, only much more expensive. After several years of court appearances and the issue dragging on and on, Mr. Haddad resolved my issue in a week. I never appeared in court and he got my community service reduced, my probation removed, and my court fees knocked off. For the first time since my arrest, and throughout the process I felt that someone truly had my best interests in mind, and kept me well informed. He worked out a payment plan that was affordable for me and a fraction of what the "TV lawyers" charged me to string me along. I cannot recommend Mr. Haddad highly enough. His professionalism, experience, and skill made me feel like someone was on my side, and the results could not have been more favorable.
