Matthew Clendenin's Firm is the best personal injury in San Diego hands down! I have never been in a situation like this, and Matt's firm explained everything to me start to finish. Everyone in the office is professional, Matt & Katie do a great job with explaining the legal processes and what is currently being done. Matt & Katie respond very quick, not like other attorneys. Matt's firm fights to get you every penny and are very transparent with what they're doing. If I were to have any further needs to retain counsel, I would not hesitate to hire or recommend Matt's Firm.

So another lawyer didn't want to take my case so I was referred to Matt and Katie. All I can say is they are top notch professionals. They laid out what the expectations were from the very beginning. Every step of the way they were very communicative. Even when I was falling behind on my medical appointments they made sure to follow up and even offer an Uber once if I was having trouble making it to an appointment. I was sitting at a red light, waiting to turn left. Click click click went my turn signal. I had just left the gym and I was tired. And a big zoned out. All of a sudden there was a loud noise and my whole body rolled forward and down. At first I didn't realize what had happened. And then I looked in my rear view mirror and saw the reflection of my brake lights on the vehicle behind me. Which was far too close. At first it didn't make sense. About a year and a half ago I applied for state disability insurance for self employment paternity leave and was declined. Since my scenario fit the guidelines I felt wronged and wanted to dig a little deeper but the administrator would no longer talk to me. I called Matt to see if he could help and he happily did. I was seriously injured in climbing accident in Swiss Alps. The rescue involved two helicopter flights and trauma surgery in hospital in Frutigen (Switzerland). Matthew was wonderful in helping me through my car crash lawsuit. He helped get me compensation for medical bills and was able to explain some of the complex and confusing legal terms in regular ways I could understand. Plus he was always very easy to get a hold of was very good at returning my phone calls and emails. Highly recommend!
