It was neither by plan nor design that I found myself facing criminal charges. This brief narrative is intended to help someone who finds themselves in a similar situation and is not sure what to do. The problem that I faced was exacerbated by the fact that my legal knowledge was limited to what I had seen of heard on television and movies. The net result was that Gregory Garrisons legal acumen and wide experience won the day resulting in the charges being being rejected by the district attorney. Gregory Garrison got my case dismissed which was the best outcome possible but his services are not cheap. He is a no nonsense trial lawyer that is not afraid to tell you how it is. He is not into hand holding which he will tell you when you first meet. What this means is he won't worry if he hurts your feelings and he won't remind you if you have court or other obligations due to the case. He is tough in court and will bully the opposition, as he did in my case. Thankfully, my case never went to trial but, I believe if it had, Gregory Garrison is the only one I would want to represent me in court. Good lawyers aren't meant to be your friend, they are meant to get results and I feel that he is that kind of lawyer. He is result oriented and no nonsense. You probably won't like him but, for the right price, he will represent the hell out of you in court.
