There is only one lawyer that I refer serious divorce cases and custody disputes to in San Diego and that is Tim Miranda. He is not only the most knowledgable attorney in the area of family law but is passionate about his client's needs. Every one of my clients that I refer to Tim have only glowing reviews about the representation that they receive. I have personally observed Attorney Miranda in court and there is nobody better in San Diego when it comes to Family Law Cases. Period! I specialize in focusing on attorney's arguments in court and knowing who presents the best under strenuous situations. Attorney Miranda has pulled through for the clients I have sent him on every single occasion. No problem is too complex or too small for Attorney Miranda. My husband and I are trying to adopt a child. It's an insanely difficult and expensive process. We have been using another attorney for years and have seen little progress. I would like to clear the air and say...as the client of this firm and what my attorney was working with, I feel as though she did her absolute best given circumstances. I think what my mother is referring to (Daphne Miller) is how insanely overpriced this lawfirm is for the overall product I received. $ 18,000 for 2 restraining orders, child support, and custody is... from talking to other lawyers, just crazy. My lawyer fought for me when she could and was always available so I don't feel she is to blame for how this firm charges. Had I known what I know now and how far I still have to go with my divorce I would have definitly gone somewhere else.
