Called on a weekday to schedule a consultation, rep said paralegal was out of office and they would get back to me the next day, next day came and no one called me. Had to call again to get through to someone just to get scheduled for a consultation and after getting an appointment booked, no one ever called or reached out to me on my scheduled time for said consultation. Very unprofessional and will not be contacting anyone from this law firm again.

I had an emergency situation arise and I called Mr. Hernandez for help. Not only did he drop everything he had going on and make me a priority, he had my situation resolved within an hour of contacting him. I cannot thank Mr. Hernandez enough for his help. Gisela and Dolores are awesome! I had previously hired another attorney and things weren't going well on my case. Contreras Law Firm was recommended to me and it was the best decision i made.
