I contacted them regarding my grandma’s incident over the phone and the intake person said they would take the case and refer to an attorney. My grandma is a NON ENGLISH speaker who speaks Vietnamese so I’m the one advocating for her. I gave them the details and they deal with these type of cases all the time. I got off the phone and all of sudden received an email saying they’re unable to take the case? How contradicting… could’ve said you couldn’t take the case when I’m explaining all the details over the phone but you said you would take the case and gave me all of the possible solutions and steps on how you would go about the case. Unprofessional honestly..
