I would like to say 1st off that this is a very good attorney office and my attorney and his paralegal kept me informed all the time Camille has been a blessing she always told me what was gonna happen she never kept me in the dark she always freaking did the right thing and always made me smile before I got off the phone. Somebody give this girl a raise Or at least some roses on her desk!

We were involved in a car accident involving SDPD earlier this year, and my husband promptly proceeded to look for someone to represent us. After contacting this firm and joining a zoom meeting with them, signing documents, etc... they seemed very eager to take our case. To try to make the long story as short as I can, we were dragged for 2 months going to see a spinal specialist and attending lots of chiropractor appointments. Mind you, this all went down around the time I had my baby. So it was physically exhausting on a body that is supposed to be recovering going to all their appointments plus my own post partum and newborn appointments. I was HELLA stressed. But we were told we simply HAD to attend all appointments. About 2 months after we had hired them (and barely any communication made between our legal team and us), the specialist's office contacted us to notify us that our upcoming appointment had been canceled by the firm. Why? We didn't know since the Gomez team didn't seem to think it would be necessary to tell us about what was going on with our case. My husband had to contact THEM to ask what was going on, to which they responded that they couldn't allow us to continue receiving treatment for our injuries because they had not yet received a police report from our accident. They even blamed SDPD for not having it available yet, and recommended my husband to go down to the police station himself to ask why it was taking so long. My husband went down to the police station and was able to obtain the info he needed right on the spot. Police said they had that information available almost right after our accident had happened, and didn't know why our legal team was blaming them. -_- My husband was then able to give a team representative the info on our report. After that, we weren't contacted 'til about a week or 2 later after they had received the police report. But they only contacted us to let us know that we no longer had a case because the person who had wrecked our car did not have insurance. And we were cut off just like that. We are super disappointed in the way this team handle our case. Why drag people along that way just to abruptly cut them off, and all without informing them of the progress being made/or not made. In our experience they initially seemed professional, but then ended up not being after seeing there was no money in it for them. Maybe that's not the case, but it totally came off that way. I don't know, but after what happened to us we CAN NOT recommend the Gomez firm to anyone. Oh, and to top it off, after they pulled out from our case, they left us with a fat bill from the chiropractor. :) Thanks a ton Gomez Firm. Update: Immediately after posting up my review, someone from their management called me directly to bribe me into removing my post by offering to pay my chiropractor bill. That alone should tell you where their priorities lie. They seriously only cared about looking good to the public eye. I was appalled. My review was 100% true to my experience and everyone should know what this law firm is capable of.

I called after my slip and fall injury at a casino, they refused to take my case. Why lie on tv saying you care when you don't. To chicken to go after a casino.
