I was hit by a car while riding a bicycle in downtown San Diego. Hiring a lawyer was a new experience for me and I messed up big time hiring Mark Caruana who presents himself as a great lawyer who's going to represent you well and get things done (wrong). He hardly did anything and after over a year I still didn't have any results and he didn't return my calls. I was referred to Mr. Huver by someone who respected him and wow was there a difference. He was professional, reassuring (but realistic), worked on my case at a consistent pace with real results. My former major lack of confidence in "lawyers" disappeared because I had finally found someone who was fair, got results, communicated often with milestones, and really cared. Within a much shorter time of hiring him he had successfully negotiated a fair settlement. I could not have been happier with Mr. Huver and wholeheartedly recommend him. Don't mess with the incompetent lawyers out there---hire Richard Huver for results!

Mr. Huver kept me very involved in the process of settling a personal injury insurance case. He was up front at the beginning of the process of how long I should expect the overall process to take and kept me apprised every step of the way.
